• This authorization includes economic copyrights (reproduction, public communication, and distribution) without geographical limitation and for any format (digital, print, or internet).

Retention of Moral Rights: Altiro Agency recognizes that moral copyrights are non-renounceable and inalienable, always remaining under the ownership of the user according to the Berne Convention and current local laws.

4. Information Sharing with Third Parties

Altiro Agency may share information with technology providers (CRMs, payment processors, or marketing platforms) essential for operations. We do not sell databases to third parties outside of our operations.

In compliance with Habeas Data laws, the user authorizes the consultation and reporting to information centers exclusively for commercial validation and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

5. Application of Payments

The parties agree that payments made will be applied preferentially to pending obligations, administrative expenses, or commissions, and subsequently to the principal of the main obligation.

6. User Rights (GDPR and Data Protection)

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and local laws, you have the right to:

• Access and Rectification: Consult what data we have and correct errors.
